Government affairs Dawn Stump has joined the $13 million-revenue Futures Industry Association as SVP and head of government affairs, effective Sept. 10. Stump most recently was VP of government affairs at NYSE Euronext, where she focused on issues concerning the group’s derivatives businesses.
